A sample is a decision-making tool, not just a prototype.
The first sample reveals whether the creative direction, fabric, pattern and construction work together. We coordinate the sample, review the result against the brief and identify the corrections that materially improve fit, quality and production readiness.
Typical first-sample timing is around two weeks once the brief and materials are clear. A realistic schedule is confirmed for each development rather than promised before the complexity is understood.
Fit comments become clear factory actions.
We work with experienced pattern makers to evaluate measurements, balance, proportion, comfort and intended silhouette. Comments are consolidated into practical corrections so the next sample answers the right questions.
This process can include pattern updates, measurement changes, construction adjustments and workmanship improvements through to approval.

Production stays visible after the sample is approved.
Approval is the beginning of bulk management, not the end of development. We coordinate material status, production planning and critical milestones with the manufacturing team, keeping risks and next actions visible to the brand.
Bulk production typically takes 6–8 weeks after approvals and material confirmation. Timing varies by order size, fabric availability and product construction.
Quality is followed from fabric to packing.
Quality control begins with the material and continues through cutting, sewing, finishing and packing. Checkpoints are adapted to the style and order rather than reduced to a single final inspection.
Once goods are ready, we can coordinate delivery to the UK or worldwide, aligning the route, documentation responsibilities and handover with the needs of the project.
