We source fabric, rib, trims and other components around the intended customer, target cost and quality level. Options are reviewed for hand feel, weight, colour, stability and suitability for the chosen construction.

Organic and certified materials can be sourced where required and available, with documentation confirmed before ordering. Fabric quality is followed as part of the production process rather than treated as a separate concern.

A managed route from approval to bulk production.

Once the fit, fabric, trims and workmanship are approved, we coordinate the critical production milestones with a trusted manufacturing network in Türkiye. Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing are followed with checkpoints suited to the style and order.

A typical production lead time is 6–8 weeks after approvals and material confirmation. The exact schedule depends on quantities, fabric availability and construction, and is agreed before production begins.
